  • Concierge Care is suitable for a wide range of everyday medical needs, including acute illnesses, chronic disease management, prescription renewals, preventive health consultations, travel medicine and follow-up care. If an in-person assessment or specialist referral is required, we will advise you accordingly.

  • Yes. Where clinically appropriate, prescribed medications can be delivered directly to your home, allowing you to complete your consultation without needing to visit a clinic.

  • Medical certificates may be issued following a consultation where clinically appropriate and in accordance with Singapore regulations.

  • For patients who prefer in-person care, Bloom offers doctor home visits across Singapore. Consultations take place in the comfort of your home and may include physical examination, treatment, blood tests and selected procedures where appropriate.

  • Telemedicine is suitable for many everyday medical concerns and follow-up consultations. Home visits may be more appropriate when a physical examination is needed, when travelling is inconvenient, or when you simply prefer care in the comfort of your own home.

  • Yes. Many patients use Concierge Care as their ongoing primary care relationship while also participating in Bloom Wellness or Bloom Empower. This allows your care to remain coordinated across preventive health, weight management and everyday medical needs.
