Asked, answered.

  • Telemedicine consultations are typically available the same day. Home visits are usually available within 24 to 48 hours, subject to schedule. For urgent same-day home visits, please call or message us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • No. Both telemedicine and home visit fees cover the consultation only. Any medication prescribed is billed separately and delivered island-wide. For home visits, any in-home procedures such as injections, wound care, or IV drips are also priced separately and quoted before proceeding.

  • Yes, where clinically appropriate. Medical certificates are issued at the doctor's discretion after a proper consultation, and can be sent digitally for use with most employers and schools.

  • We provide home visits anywhere in Singapore. Travel within central Singapore is included in the standard fee; visits to more remote locations may incur a small travel surcharge, which we will quote before confirming the appointment.

  • Yes. A significant part of our practice is the ongoing care of patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and thyroid disease. Continuity of care is one of the core principles of how we practise.
